rescue server

Hello,

i attempted a command shutdown now -r and

after that server never restarted.

Datacenter provided me with a rescue boot login information and asked me to boot it myself.

could you tell me what i can do ?.

how to setup the server online.

Call your Data Center back, and ask them what to do.
Your description of the problem is so vague, and their
involvement makes it impossible for me to answer your question.
