Where is the font preferences dialog?

I'm running CentOS 7.4 and the gnome desktop. I'd like to increase the size of the fonts, i.e., menus, dialogs, etc. I fond the article below which describes a font preferences dialog box. I don't seem to have any font preferences. Am I missing something?



Changing Font Settings
Font settings are controlled via the Font Preferences dialog which is accessed via the System -> Preferences -> Fonts menu option. When invoked, the Font Preferences page should appear as follows:
