How to recover from IMG?

I hope I can get help from here.
My VPS Crashed and the support is not helping me at all. They gave me an IMG file but I dont know how I can recover my website using this.
Can anyone help me find the solution to my problem. point me to a website or video that could help me restore using this IMG file.

Generally, the VPS admin page will have a recover function. Which VPS provider?

And they are taking forever to respond to me. Its been 10 days already....
