Hello folks
I want to build a computer for Centos 7, where can I find list of compatible processors for this and other hardware?

Not really. There used to be a Redhat page for hardware compatibility and a search for RHEL hardware compatibility might find it. Since CentOS is a rebuild of RHEL, the hardware support should be the same.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

Keep in mind that the Red Hat's Hardware supported page is for "Tested & Guaranteed" hardware, but most of the x86_64 CPUs, all Power-based CPUs and maybe some ARM will work without any issues.
