Your socket files do not match. You have:

LocalSocket /var/spool/amavisd/clamd.sock

and

LocalSocket /var/run/clamav/clamd.sock

I didn't bother checking your config any further. Fix that, then carefully read the above docs (fixing any other issues) and it will work.

thx @NedSlider.
I changed that line but it didn't fixed.

After then I checked this page: http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Amavisd

removed all of apps (Clamav, spamassassin, amavis-new...)

Installed from RPMForge repository. Everything works fine now.

Old apps were from EPEL repository. I think EPEL Repo isn't suitable for CentOS 6.4 64 bit.
