A bunch of mirrors have opened up their centos/6.0 trees early. ISOs and packages are available from:

http://mirror.corbina.net/pub/Linux/centos/6.0/
http://mirror.telepoint.bg/centos/6.0/
http://centos.hitme.net.pl/6.0/
http://mirror.flhsi.com/centos/6.0/

huzzah! :-D

Oh, for crying out loud. Obviously, a mod hasn't seen the spam yet.

The mods here always show a good deal of restraint, actually.

Lol, and now all those mirrors are dead and overloaded with traffic :))

Might have been wiser to post a link to the torrent and help spread the iso's :)

I don't see an email in my inbox from you reporting any spam at 5:16am my local time? I did see one from another member in this thread - thank you for that.

If you think you can come here and attack my fellow moderators then I'm afraid you've picked the wrong fight. Feel free to apologise any time you like :-)

People - PLEASE do not jump the gun.

The project is seeding the mirrors with incomplete content to try to speed up the release process. Until an official release announcement is made that content can change, as it did on the last release and caused no end of issues for people who just couldn't wait.

It's slow to seed 85GB of data to mirrors but then very quick to rsync out one or two last minute fixes - does that make sense?

Thanks.

Yup, my CRCs match. So. Joining seed of 'premature' files to those who can't wait. It's better to download them now, and "update" with last minute changes after. Will join official seed when it's released.

There is still a chance that ISOs will be reissued though, so don't keep any hopes up and please wait for the official release announcement before using ISOs in any way except pre-seed.

Again: PLEASE RESTRAIN FROM USING THESE TORRENT ISOs before official release announcement. These are leaked pre-release versions subject to change. If they do, you'll need to redownload. And if you use them, you'll have buggy and unsupported install as well. If these does not change, you won't need to download them again after release, and that's the sole purpose of "leak" torrents.
