Please determine the Vendor:Device ID Paring for the device by executing lspci -nn and posting the one line output that is relevant to it.

Thanks for replay, and that is the output:

Checking the ELRepo DeviceIDs page shows that the kmod-atl1e driver should be appropriate for your hardware. It would have been preferable to install the current release, CentOS 6.2, and a "yum update" is advisable to get to that release level as soon as you get networking working.

Did you reboot after installing the kmod driver? That should not be strictly necessary but may be the best way to ensure that it is used.

If more help is needed then please provide more information about your system by running "./getinfo.sh" and showing us the output file.

The kmod is installed and you are running 6.2 and not 6.0. The interface is active but does not have an IP address. Check cables and connections to the switch or router. Are there other systems on the same subnet? How are you attempting to manage the network? With the GUI nm-applet? From the command line? With system-config-network?

I had checked cables and connections to the switch and router, there is another one system on the subnet, and when i manage my network from "system-config-network", the eth0 interface doesn't be listed.
