My problem solved 100% under Centos 6.2 i686 on AR8151 Ethernet card.
Folow steps:
# rpm --import http://elrepo.org/RPM-GPG-KEY-elrepo.org
# rpm -Uvh http://elrepo.org/elrepo-release-6-4.el6.elrepo.noarch.rpm
# yum check-update
# yum install kmod-atl1e
Bye.
