Change Keyboard language layout

Hello everyone,
I have download a VM image and I would like to change the current english keyboard layout to french. It is a text version only, no graphical interface.

Use the [b]system-config-keyboard[/b] utility in text mode:
[code]system-config-keyboard --text[/code]
You can get more info by using the [i]--help[/i] option.

I did not install xorg-x11 and if I say "yum install system-config-keyboard" I will get 74 packages and 31Mb of download. Do you know Anything else lighter for my environment ?

I finaly found it , the command is loadkeys (loadkeys fr for me) . This may be usefull for you user who run a foreign virtual appliance into vmware workstation for example.
