Have you looked at the [url=http://www.centos.org/]CentOS Home page[/url] lately? Admittedly no further info has been forthcoming.

Is it possible to know how the current legal status of The CentOS Project evolved to be after the wrangles last August ?

AFAIK everything is OK, but the [url=http://www.centos.org/]CentOS Home page[/url] could certainly use an update. The people who can do that stay pretty busy making other things to do with CentOS work.
