after download CentOS-5.5-i386-LiveCD-Release2 i did not found install option ?

how can i install it ??? on my laptop ?

Short answer, you can't.

Unfortunately, the CentOS live CD isn't installable.

To install, you will have to use either the CDs (or perhaps the netinstall or boot CD) or the DVD. (You can do a minimal installation, without X, using the 1st CD of the large set.)

If the LiveCD works, then CentOS 5.5 should work on your hardware. For 5.X minimum RAM is 512MB, recommended 1GB/CPU - http://www.redhat.com/rhel/compare/
