Do you need TLS/SSL?
If not: just disable it in your main.cf
If you need it: http://www.postfix.org/TLS_README.html

What kind of certificate do you use?
A selfsigned?

maybe http://dokuwiki.nausch.org/doku.php/centos:mail_c6:mta_5 is useful for you?
