yum groupinstall -y "Japanese Support"
yum install -y rtorrent lftp mc firefox
yum -y groupinstall xfce
yum -y groupinstall "KDE (K Desktop Environment)"
yum install vnc-server

Welcome to the CentOS fora. Reading FAQ & Readme First is recommended for new users.

Please see the Wiki article HowTos/VNC-Server.

You have something other than a fresh clean install as rtorrent is not part of CentOS, and group "XFCE-4.4" is in the extras repo, not enabled by default. If you need additional help please read How to provide information about your system.
