xen .iso install

I would normally mount an iso to mnt/ and then copy the mounted contents to your webserver directory.

# mount -o loop centos64.iso /mnt/
# cp -a /mnt/. /var/www/whatever/centos64/
# umount /mnt/

However, from what you have posted i think your main issue looks to be that you are attempting to install windows as a para-virtualised domU guest.

It might be possible for some linux/xen guru's to achieve this, but i think Microsoft's licence prohibits windows from being installed as a para-virtualised guest (except maybe on Hyper-V - i don't really know about Hyper-V).

Therefore, Windows should be installed as a fully virtualised guest. I have never tried to virtualise a windows desktop on centos or any other hypervisor, but i suspect that the version of xen with centos might also not be compatible with windows 7. If you really need windows virtualised on centos5.5's version of xen you may have more luck trying to install windows xp as a fully-virtualised guest.
