PuTTY is not really relevant, although I don't know how you intend to run Windows applications without a GUI - let's leave that for another topic.

. Non-core repos should have a higher numeric value, which is a lower priority. Lower is "better" as in golf scores.
Log on and become root
, install epel-release to configufe the EPEL repo, then

yum list wine\*
. Pick what packages you want and install then with yum.
