Hi Experts,
I have installed centos6, I have 2tb*8 hdds in my machine, how to configure all the disks ?
the o/p of fdisk -l is

HDD Config
It is hard to advise without any idea how you want to use the storage. There are any number of options, but with all those disks, and presumably no hardware RAID, I'd be prone to set up a RAID array with some redundancy - such as RAID 5, 6, etc.. See the Wiki for background:
Setup a Software RAID on CentOS 5
Convert a CentOS System to RAID 1
Install on Partitionable RAID1
After some consideration of the possibilities please ask a smart question. :-)

Re: HDD Config
You might want to check your installation because I only see 6 * 2TB disks listed in your fdisk output. Either the other two are not cabled up correctly or they are attached to some SATA controller that doesn't currently have a driver loaded. You also seem to have a /dev/sdg that's listed as 402GB.
